Memorandum published

On 22 November 2016 the subscription period for AcouSort’s emission of new shares up to the planned listing at AktieTorget is initiated. In this respect we hereby publish the Company’s Memorandum. The Acousort-Memorandum may be downloaded here – or from the home pages of either AktieTorget or Sedermera Fondkommission. Teaser and subscription list will be published on 22 November 2016 when the subscription period is initiated.

The subscription period runs through 6 December 2016. If fully subscribed, the new emission will provide SEK 11M in funding before emission costs. AcouSort has secured pre-subscriptions corresponding to approximately SEK 4.5M or 41% of the full amount.
