Communique from Extraordinary General Assembly
Today, 21 March 2018 AcouSort conducted an Extraordinary General Assembly approving the proposal by the Board of Directors previously communicated to issue a rights issue of no more than 2 504 166 shares. The emission will, if fully subscribed, generate proceeds of about SEK 22.5 millions before emission costs. The subscription period will be 4-18 April 2018.
