AcouTrap system sold to Korean Life Science partner

In June 2020, AcouSort announced that the company had entered into a collaboration agreement with a Korean Life Science company. The collaboration concerned the evaluation of AcouTrap technology for the purification of extracellular vesicles from circulating tumor cells (CTCs) for a new diagnostic test. Following an initial evaluation, the Korean company has now purchased an AcouTrap system. Thus, the collaboration on the development of the test and the integration of AcouSort’s technology can begin. The sold system contributes approximately SEK 480,000 during the fourth quarter of 2020.
