695% subscription rate achieved!

New share emission prior to the planned listing at AktieTorget oversubscribed.

On 6 December 2016 the subscription period was completed for AcouSort’s new emission of shares with a maximum proceeds of SEK 11M prior to the planned listing at AktieTorget. The new share emission was subscribed corresponding to SEK 76.5M – a subscription rate of 695%!

Through the new share emission, the company will gain approximately 1340 new share holders and SEK 11M in cash before emission costs estimated to SEK 1.1M. Transfer notes are scheduled for distribution today 12 December 2016. The first day of trading the shares at AktieTorget is planned for 9 January 2017.
